How to Measure
1 - Neck
Measure just below your Adam's apple, and keep your index finger between the measuring tape and your neck. Make sure the tape isn't tight. Relax your neck and keep your head straight.
2 - Chest
Take the front end of the measuring tape to the center and fullest part of your chest. Wrap around the other half of the tape to meet at the center. Keep the tape just beneath your underarm and shoulder blade. Relax your arms and try not to puff out your chest. The tape should be lightly fitted.
3 - Sleeve
With one hand hold the front end of the measuring tape to the center of the back of your neck. Let the tape run over your shoulder, relaxed, and down to your hand. Measure to past your wrist just beneath the knuckle of your thumb.
4 - Waist
Take the front end of the measuring tape to the center of your belly button or fullest part of your belly. Wrap around the other end to meet at the center. Do not suck in your stomach.
